CHILE

As the legend goes it was don Francisco de Carabantes, a Dominican friar, who brought the first grapevines to Chile mid XVI century. This wine is characterized by intense aromas of violet, rosemary and blueberries, very elegantly structured with fine tannins which can be laid down and stored for 10 to 12 years

Blackberry, plum, black cherry, Black pepper, Green pepper. Ripe fruit with great balance. Medium alcohol, body, and firm but not overwhelming tannin. Quite fruit forward

Velvety start which denotes great concentration of aromas and a very flavorsome and complex character. The flavor is consistent, with good body, harmonious and with a large, fresh and elegant ending
