We would like to welcome you into our ‘Micro Cosmos’ of premium quality wines that we have created with so much enthusiasm and affection.

The Oak-Tree Wine Cellar & Tasting Room, was brought to life by:   S. G. Katodritis & Co Ltd, a family-owned company and it dates back to the early 1960s.

The Wine Cellar was renovated to its present form in 2004 and with all the required specifications for the ideal display and climate cellaring of wines, taken into consideration. The front wooden face of the shop is an exact replica of a famous wine shop in Saint Emilion Bordeaux, France. All the wines on display in the wine cellar and in our e-shop have all the information needed to assist you select the wine of your preference. 

The Wine Shop which has been operating nonstop for the last 60 years, has always been located at the old Larnaca city center right across the municipal food market and a few steps away from Saint Lazarous church.  On the shelves, it showcases the top 100 best-selling Cyprus Wines famous for the island's  indigenous grape varietes: Xynisteri, Morokanella, Promara, Maratheftiko, Yiannoudi, Lefkada, Ofthalmo and "Commandaria Sweet Wine" also known as the oldest wine in the world, as well as international wines and spirits from:

Argentina, Australia, Chile, New Zealand, South Africa, U.S.A, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Israel, Lebanon, Germany, Austria, Uruguay, Japan, U.K

Right next to our wine shop, we have renovated in 2014 our 'Wine Tasting Room' with a climate control and ventilation systems as well as provision for handicap visitors, the first of its kind in Cyprus. Visitors from all over the world have walked-in or booked ahead to attend our popular tasting of 10+1 Cyprus Wines or open any wine bottle from the shelves and enjoy on the premises, various wines by the glass are also served.  So far we had visitors from well over 120 different countries.

Our daily wine tasting experience is also available for pre-bookings on popular platforms: airbnb experiences, TUI experiences, Love Ayia Napa Experiences and Viator. For more details and pre bookings, you can visit the 'wine tasting' section of our website.

Our "Tasting Room" is also available for private functions like parties or small corporate meetings, upon prior arrangement.
